Biografía y Trayectoria

Dr. Eloisa Jantus Lewintre holds a PhD in Biochemistry from the Universitat de València. Her primary research focuses on the identification of novel biomarkers through liquid biopsy-based strategies, with a particular emphasis on lung cancer.

She is a Full Professor at the Universitat Politècnica de València and Co-Principal Investigator of the CIBERONC group within the Respiratory Tract Tumors Program (CB16/12/00350). Dr. Jantus Lewintre currently serves as Vice-President of the International Society of Liquid Biopsy (2025–2029).

Dr. Jantus Lewintre has authored over 100 peer-reviewed publications in high-impact journals, including Nature Communications, Annals of Oncology, Journal of Thoracic Oncology, Lung Cancer, and Cell Death & Disease. She is a frequent invited speaker at major international conferences, such as IASLC, ISLB, ESMO, and ECP.

In addition to her research and academic roles, she contributes as a reviewer for national and European grant evaluation panels. She also serves as Section Editor for Critical Reviews in Oncology and Hematology and The Journal of Liquid Biopsy.

Her strong commitment to academic mentorship is reflected in the supervision of 10 PhD theses and over 50 undergraduate and master's theses. She is also actively involved in supporting early-career researchers. H-index: 34 and average citations per article: 12.00
